Conditioning for Advanced Dancers

Tuesdays, 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Three sessions to choose from

(sign up for one or all of them):

FALL: Sept.27-Nov. 15, 2022

WINTER: Jan. 10-Feb. 28, 2023

SPRING: Mar. 21-May 9, 2023

These 8-week sessions are intended as a supplement to our advanced dancers’ weekly training. Each session will include stretching and strengthening exercises that are beneficial in growing dancers’ technique but which may not be included in weekly ballet and Irish classes. We will focus on body-weight strength training, simple cardio, and pilates that target muscle groups in ways that will further dance technique. Of course, this is an optional class, but we highly recommend giving it a try!

Dancers are eligible if they have been placed in: Ballet Grade 4, Advanced Ballet, Irish Novice 2, Prizewinner, or Champs.

Class fee = $60 (per session)
